The licensee shall be responsible for taking disciplinary action with respect to employees as may be necessary. Each Licensee employee is expected to adhere to standards of conduct that reflect credit on themselves, their employer and the Embassy. Licensee employees must use politeness and courtesy when dealing with Embassy personnel. The Licensor reserves the right to direct the Licensee to remove an employee for failure to comply with the standards of conduct.
