Standards of Use Clause Samples

The Standards of Use clause defines the rules and expectations for how a product, service, or property may be used by the parties involved. It typically outlines acceptable and prohibited behaviors, such as restrictions on illegal activities, misuse, or actions that could damage the property or service. By clearly setting these boundaries, the clause helps prevent misuse, protects the interests of the provider, and ensures that all parties understand their responsibilities regarding proper use.
