STANDARDS OF WORKMANSHIP. The quality of all services rendered shall conform to the highest standard in the relevant profession, trade or field of endeavor. All services shall be rendered by or supervised directly by individuals fully qualified in the relevant profession, trade, or field, and holding any licenses required by law.
