Standing to Enforce Clause Samples
The "Standing to Enforce" clause defines who has the legal right to bring a claim or take action to enforce the terms of the contract. Typically, this clause restricts enforcement rights to the parties who have signed the agreement, and may explicitly exclude third parties from having any rights or remedies under the contract. By clarifying who can enforce the contract, this clause helps prevent unauthorized or unintended parties from initiating legal action, thereby ensuring that only those directly involved in the agreement can hold each other accountable for its terms.
