STAR Reports Sample Clauses

The STAR Reports clause requires one party to provide regular, standardized reports—often called STAR (Security, Trust, Assurance, and Risk) Reports—regarding their security controls and risk management practices. These reports typically summarize the organization's compliance with specific security standards, detail recent security incidents, and outline ongoing risk mitigation efforts. By mandating the provision of such reports, the clause ensures transparency and enables the other party to monitor and assess the security posture of their partner, thereby reducing uncertainty and supporting informed risk management decisions.
