Common use of Start of Service Date Clause in Contracts

Start of Service Date. The date the Company notifies a Customer that Service is available for use by Customer, the date that Service would have been available for use by Customer if Customer had fulfilled its performance obligations required to provision the Service, or some other mutually agreeable date.

Start of Service Date. The earlier of the date the Company notifies a Customer that Service is available for use by Customer, the date that Service would have been available for use by when Customer if Customer had fulfilled its performance obligations required to provision begins utilizing the Service, or some other date mutually agreeable dateagreed in writing by the Parties.
