Common use of Start Times Clause in Contracts

Start Times. 7.1.1 Unless otherwise advertised, and subject to Regulation 7.2 below, play will commence at 9. 30 a. m. The TM may vary this time at their discretion. Players must be prepared to play until dusk or under floodlights if this has been advertised in advance of the event. 7.1.2 All Players must report to the TM, their deputy or other representative on arrival and before leaving each day. Any Player who is not present or is otherwise unable to play when called upon to do so is liable to be penalised under Regulation 6.7 above.
