Common use of Starting Point Clause in Contracts

Starting Point. 1. Each employee covered by this Agreement will have a headquarters point designated by bulletin. An employee will begin and end his assigned work day at the headquarters point. 2. When employees are sent away from headquarters and remain away overnight, the beginning and ending of a day's work shall be at a designated point such as a railroad building equipped with toilet and washing facilities or motel/hotel accommodations at the nearest location where lodging and meal accommodations are available.
