Starting Rate Clause Samples
The Starting Rate clause defines the initial price or fee that will be charged for goods or services at the commencement of an agreement. This clause typically specifies the exact amount or formula used to determine the starting rate, and may outline when and how this rate becomes effective, such as at contract signing or upon delivery of services. By clearly establishing the initial cost, the clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of the financial terms from the outset, thereby preventing disputes over payment expectations.
