State Audit Requirements. 1. An audit shall be conducted by a certified public accountant that is licensed by the State of Illinois to conduct an audit in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards. 2. Agreement funds shall be included in the Service Provider’s annual audit, unless the MCWN authorizes the Service Provider to have a agreement-specific audit conducted. 3. Upon completion of an audit, an audit report shall be issued and the Service Provider shall provide the MCWN with a copy of such audit report. 4. The Service Provider shall provide the MCWN with a copy of an audit report within 30 days of the Service Provider’s receipt of such audit report, but in no event later than nine months following the end of the period for which the audit was performed.
