Common use of STATE AUDIT Clause in Contracts

STATE AUDIT. Pursuant to California Government Code section 8546.7, every county contract involving the expenditure of funds in excess of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) is subject to examination and audit of the State Auditor for a period of three years after final payment under the contract.
