State Registration Reports. The Agent shall furnish the Trust on a state-by-state basis, sales reports, such periodic and special reports as the Trust may reasonably request, and such other information, including shareholder lists and statistical information concerning accounts, as may be agreed upon from time to time between the Trust and the Agent.
