The State Support clause outlines the obligations or commitments that a government entity undertakes to assist or facilitate a project, transaction, or agreement. This support can take various forms, such as providing financial guarantees, regulatory approvals, tax incentives, or infrastructure assistance. For example, a government might agree to subsidize certain costs or expedite permitting processes for a private company. The core function of this clause is to provide assurance to the other party that the state will actively contribute to the success of the arrangement, thereby reducing risks and uncertainties associated with government actions or inactions.

The Family Services Cabinet Council will provide technical assistance to new school wellness centers, as set forth in Section IV.B. The State of Delaware will help provide funding for a Dual-Generation Center as set forth in Section IV.A. The Family Services Cabinet Council will assist CSB in establishing a Dual-Generation Center, as set forth in Section IV.A. The Family Services Cabinet Council will continue to work with the CSD and the greater Wilmington community to implement aspects of the CDC report to improve communities and drive student achievement. Should they choose, the Department of Education will lend support to the reconfigured schools to create career pathways programming in grades 7 and 8, as further described in Section V.E. The State of Delaware will help create a Fund for Wilmington Schools to pool and earmark philanthropic monies to support all Wilmington schools, beginning with the five outlined in this MOU.

  • Telephone Support The Fund Designated Persons may contact State Street’s HORIZONR Help Desk and Fund Assistance Center between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (Eastern time) on all business days for the purpose of obtaining answers to questions about the use of the System, or to report apparent problems with the System. From time to time, the Fund shall provide to State Street a list of persons who shall be permitted to contact State Street for assistance (such persons being referred to as the “Fund Designated Persons”).

  • Administrative Support Employee shall be provided with office space and administrative support.

  • Administrative Support Services Fees Within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter or at such other period as deemed appropriate by the Distributor, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of up to 0.25% on an annual basis of the average during the period of the aggregate net asset value of the Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the “Service Fee”). Such Service Fee payments received from the Fund will compensate the Distributor for providing administrative support services with respect to Accounts. The administrative support services in connection with Accounts may include, but shall not be limited to, the administrative support services that a Recipient may render as described in Section 3(b)(i) below.

  • Maintenance Support State Street shall use commercially reasonable efforts to correct system functions that do not work according to the System Product Description as set forth on Attachment A in priority order in the next scheduled delivery release or otherwise as soon as is practicable.

  • Administrative Support Service Fees Within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of 0.0625% (0.25% on an annual basis) of the average during that calendar quarter of the aggregate net asset value of the Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the "Service Fee").
