Common use of Statement of Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Statement of Expenditures. The statement of expenditures procedure may be used for reimbursement of eligible expenditures, in accordance with the Loan Disbursement Handbook and detailed arrangements agreed upon between the Borrower and ADB. Any individual payment to be reimbursed or liquidated under the statement of expenditures procedure shall not exceed the equivalent of $100,000.
