STATEMENT REFERENCES. All references in this Agreement are to the 1986 NAIC Statutory General and Separate Account Statements of NORTHBROOK, as filed with the Illinois Insurance Department. Appropriate adjustments will be made for changes, if any, in the NAIC Statutory General and Separate Account Statements on or after the Effective Date.
