Statements and Information. 9.1 DBS ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide or procure the provision to the Customer on a best efforts basis with such reports and statements concerning the Custody Securities and at such intervals as agreed between them from time to time. 9.2 DBS ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may, on the request of the Customer and subject to payment by the Customer of such fee as may be determined by DBS ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and notified by DBS ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to the Customer, furnish to the Customer such information in respect of the Custody Securities as the Customer may reasonably request.
