The statements made in the most recent Preliminary Prospectus under the captions “Cash Distribution Policy and Restrictions on Distributions”; “How We Make Distributions to Our Partners”; “Certain Relationships and Related Party Transactions”; “Conflicts of Interest and Fiduciary Duties”; “Description of the Common Units”; “The Partnership Agreement”; and “Material U.S. Federal Income Tax Consequences”, insofar as they purport to constitute summaries of the terms of statutes, rules or regulations, legal or governmental proceedings, contracts and other documents or the provisions of the Operative Agreements, constitute accurate summaries of the terms of such statutes, rules and regulations, legal and governmental proceedings and contracts and other documents in all material respects.
