Common use of Statements of activity Clause in Contracts

Statements of activity. (1) CONTRACTOR shall, pursuant to Article IV of this Agreement, and until the coming into existence of the Operating Company - in accordance with Article VI of the Agreement - render to EGPC within thirty (30) days of the end of each calendar quarter a Statement of Exploration Activity reflecting all charges and credits related to the Exploration operations for that quarter summarized by appropriate classifications indicative of the nature thereof. (2) Following its coming into existence, Operating Company shall render to EGPC and CONTRACTOR within fifteen (15) days of the end of each calendar quarter a Statement of Development and Exploration Activity reflecting all charges and credits related to the Development and Exploration operations for that quarter summarized by appropriate classifications indicative of the nature thereof, except that items of controllable material and unusual charges and credits shall be detailed.
