Statements, Recordkeeping and Audits. Contractor shall keep books and records of the business, including an accounting of all revenue and expenses of the concession operation, in accordance with good accounting practice and in such form as is satisfactory to the City. The Contractor hereby grants to the City the right to audit Contractor's books and records for its operation at the Golf Course and agrees to make available to the City, or its authorized representative, at any time, Monday through Friday inclusive, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at the offices of the City or the Park, at the City's election, all records, books and relevant related information as may be required for audit purposes. 6.6.1 Annual financial statements are required to be filed with the City representative on or before April 15th for the prior year.
