(a) Not later than the earlier of (i) three Business Days after the Determination Date and (ii) the second Business Day prior to each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall send to the Paying Agent and the Trustee (in such format as may be mutually agreed) the relevant information for purposes of this Section 6.
