Common use of Statistics Clause in Contracts

Statistics. 1. Each Contracting Party shall provide the other, on a non-discriminatory basis, with the statistics available concerning the air services operated under this Agreement, as required under the laws and regulations of the two Contracting Parties, where these may reasonably be requested. 2. The Contracting Parties shall cooperate, in particular in the framework of the Joint Committee established by Article 21, to facilitate the exchange of statistical information between them for the purpose of monitoring the development of air services operated under this Agreement. TITLE II REGULATORY COOPERATION
