Status of Agreement. This shall be the sole Agreement between Parties regarding wages, hours, and terms, and conditions of employment. It shall supersede any individual or supplemental contracts, rules, regulations, policies, resolutions, or practices of the District which shall be contrary to or inconsistent with its terms.
