Common use of Status of Borrower Clause in Contracts

Status of Borrower. Borrower’s exact legal name is correctly set forth on Schedule I(a) of this Agreement, on the Pledge Agreement granted by each Borrower and on any UCC-1 Financing Statements filed in connection with the Loan. Each Borrower is an organization of the type specified on Schedule I(a) of this Agreement. Each Borrower is incorporated in or organized under the laws of the state indicated on Schedule I(a) of this Agreement. Borrower’s principal place of business and chief executive office, and the place where each Borrower keeps its books and records, including recorded data of any kind or nature, regardless of the medium of recording, including software, writings, plans, specifications and schematics, will on the Closing Date be at the following address: c/o Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇.
