Common use of Status of Charges Clause in Contracts

Status of Charges. In addition to all rentals provided for by this Lease, Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord as hereinafter provided, the Additional Charges as described in this Article for the purposes as hereinafter set forth and such Additional Charges shall be subject to all provisions of this Lease and of law as to default in the payment of rent. Tenant's obligation to pay Additional Charges shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
