Common use of Status of Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Will at all times cause its payment obligations under this Agreement to rank at least equally and ratably in all respects with all its other unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness except for such indebtedness as would, by virtue only of the law in force in its place of incorporation, be preferred in the event of its winding-up.
