Status of IOM. Nothing in or relating to the Agreement shall be deemed a waiver, express or implied, of any of the privileges and immunities of the International Organization for Migration. Waiver Failure by either Party to insist in any one or more instances on a strict performance of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver or relinquishment of the right to enforce the provisions of this Agreement in future instances, but this right shall continue and remain in full force and effect.
