Status of Manager. In the performance of the duties, responsibilities and obligations required by this Agreement, Manager shall at all times be performing as an independent contractor of Practice. No act, work, commission or omission by Manager pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be construed to make or render Manager an agent, servant or employee of, or joint venturer with, Practice. Nothing in this Agreement limits the right of Manager to provide any services or products or enter into any contractual arrangements with any person or entity, including, without limitation, persons or entities in similar businesses or in competition with Practice.
