Status of Obligations; Perfection and Priority of Security Interests. Subject to entry of the Interim Order (and the Final Order, as applicable) the Obligations shall have the status and priority set forth in Section 2.22 and, for the avoidance of doubt, are subject to the Carve Out in all respects.
