Common use of Status of Project Clause in Contracts

Status of Project. Contractor recognizes that the funds contributed pursuant to this Agreement are for the planning activities in support of DWR’s environmental review and permitting process, including but not limited to the Work, for a potential Delta conveyance project. The advance or contribution of Contributed Funds is not contingent on, or in exchange for, DWR’s agreement to exercise its discretion in future to approve a Delta conveyance project.
