Common use of Status of Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Status of Security Interest. Subject to the terms of the Indenture, this Agreement and the other Collateral Documents, each Grantor shall maintain the security interest of the Collateral Agent hereunder in all material Collateral as a valid and perfected security interest, prior to any other Lien on such Collateral other than any Permitted Liens.
