Common use of Status of the Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Status of the Guarantee. The obligations of the Guarantor under the Guarantee in respect of Senior Notes are direct, unconditional, unsubordinated and (subject to the provisions of Condition 3) unsecured obligations of the Guarantor and (save for certain obligations required to be preferred by law) rank equally with all other unsecured obligations (other than subordinated obligations, if any) of the Guarantor, from time to time outstanding.
