Common use of Status of the Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Status of the Guarantee. The payment of principal and interest in respect of the Notes issued by Castellum Finance has been unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by the Guarantor pursuant to the Guarantee. The obligations of the Guarantor under the Guarantee are direct, unconditional, unsubordinated and (subject to the provisions of Condition 4.1 (Negative Pledge)) unsecured obligations of the Guarantor and (save for any obligations required to be preferred by law) rank equally with all other present and future unsecured obligations (other than subordinated obligations, if any) of the Guarantor, from time to time outstanding.
