Status of this Contract. The expiration of the Initial Term or a Renewal Term shall not terminate or affect the obligations of the Parties to each other under any existing Statement of Work or Supplemental Statement of Work issued pursuant to this Contract, and such Statement of Work or Supplemental Statement of Work shall continue in full force and effect and shall continue to be governed by the terms of this Contract until the expiration or completion of such Statement of Work or Supplement Statement of Work or until such Statement of Work or Supplemental Statement of Work is itself terminated pursuant to this Contract.
Status of this Contract. You understand that You may not assign or transfer this Contract or any rights under it, nor sub-contract any or all of its obligations under this Contract, without having obtained Our prior written consent. This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to this Contract. Application means the response provided by You using the online submission form for consideration by Bupa Insurance as a Bupa Recognised Physiotherapy Provider. Bupa Recognised Physiotherapy Provider means a Physiotherapist or Facility as relevant.
Status of this Contract. This Contract shall constitute the sole and entire agreement among the parties in respect of the subject matter set forth herein. This Contract, the articles of association of the Company and the Subscription Agreement shall supersede all previous agreements, contracts, understandings and communications, either oral or written, among the parties relating to the subject matters thereof. In case of any conflict between this Contract and the articles of association of the Company, this Contract shall prevail. In case of any conflict between this Contract and the Subscription Agreement, the Subscription Agreement shall prevail.
Status of this Contract. 4.1. The parties to the Contract intend that the Contract be legally binding and each party warrants its ability to enter into the Contract. 4.2. The Provider is not legally an agent or partner to the Council. 4.3. Neither the Provider nor its staff shall in any circumstances hold itself or themselves out as being the servant or agent of the Council otherwise than in circumstances expressly permitted by the Contract. 4.4. Neither the Provider nor its staff shall in any circumstances hold itself or themselves out as being authorised to enter into any contract on behalf of the Council or in any way to bind the Council to the performance, variation, release of discharge of any obligation.

  • Termination of this Contract Either party may terminate this contract by a 30-day written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Purchaser’s liability shall be limited to the services provided by the Provider up to the date of termination. If the Purchaser terminates the contract for reasons other than non-performance by the Provider, the Purchaser may compensate the Provider for an amount determined by mutual agreement of both parties. This contract or any part thereof may be terminated immediately by either party for just cause, including, but not limited to, health and safety issues, fraud, criminal activity, violations of license or certification standards.

  • THE WORK OF THIS CONTRACT The Contractor shall fully execute the Work described in the Contract Documents, except as specifically indicated in the Contract Documents to be the responsibility of others.
