Status Report. The ENGINEER shall complete and submit a technical summary and budgetary status report with each invoice (format to be provided by City). In no case shall the ENGINEER bill the City of Mexico Beach for more than one hundred (100) percent of the previously agreed upon purchase order or task order fee, unless authorized by the City of Mexico Beach in writing.
