Common use of Status Update Clause in Contracts

Status Update. If requested in writing, the accused officer may receive a written status report, thirty (30) days after the officer is notified of the investigation. Subsequent written status reports will be provided upon written request at thirty (30) day intervals until the investigation is concluded. Within fourteen (14) calendar days of the conclusion of the investigation, the accused officer will receive written notification that the investigation has been concluded and the investigative findings.
