Status Update. If requested in writing, the accused lieutenant may receive a written status report, thirty (30) days after the lieutenant is notified of the investigation. Subsequent written status reports will be provided upon written request at thirty (30) day intervals until the investigation is concluded. Within fourteen (14) calendar days of the conclusion of the investigation, the accused lieutenant will receive written notification that the investigation has been concluded and the investigative findings.
