Status Upon Completion of Probation. The department head shall complete a probationary evaluation that the employee has performed satisfactorily during the probation. Unless action is taken by the department head to extend or separate under subsections C or D of this Article prior to the end of the probation period, the employee shall have regular status. The employee’s commensurate pay increase shall be effective the day following the end of the employee’s probationary period.
