Statute of Limitations. All claims of any nature whatsoever against Broker and/or their affiliated licensees, whether asserted in litigation or arbitration and sounding in breach of contract and/or tort, must be brought within two (2) years from the date any claim or cause of action arises. Such actions shall thereafter be time-barred.
