Common use of Statute References Clause in Contracts

Statute References. Unless a contrary intent is expressly provided for in this Agreement, any reference to a statute will include and will be deemed to be a reference to the statute and the regulations made pursuant thereto, with all amendments made thereto and in force from time to time, and to any statute or regulation that may be passed which has the effect of supplementing or superseding the statute so referred to or the regulations made pursuant thereto.
