Common use of Statutory Declarations Clause in Contracts

Statutory Declarations. Whenever Applicable Legislation requires that evidence referred to in subsection 0 hereof be in the form of a statutory declaration, the Warrant Agent may accept such statutory declaration in lieu of a Certificate of the Corporation required by any provision hereof. Any such statutory declaration may be made by one or more of the President, any Vice-President, the Chief Financial Officer, the Secretary, the Treasurer, any Assistant Secretary or any Assistant Treasurer of the Corporation.
