Common use of Statutory Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Statutory Indemnification. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Sections 3.4 or 3.5 of this Agreement, E▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be entitled to indemnification in accordance with laws of the state of Nevada, and the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Company, to the fullest extent provided by law.
