STATUTORY INFORMATION. Addendum B hereto (in addition to this Agreement) constitutes a written statement as at the date hereof of the terms of employment of the Executive in compliance with the provisions of the Employment Rights A▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; it does not form part of the contract of employment and may be varied by IKON by notice in writing to the Executive of any changes applicable to his employment.
