Statutory Powers. The powers conferred on mortgagees, receivers or administrative receivers by the Law of Property Act 1925 and the Insolvency Act 1986 (as the case may be) shall apply to the Security created under this Debenture, unless they are expressly or impliedly excluded. If there is ambiguity or conflict between the powers contained in those Acts and those contained in this Debenture, those contained in this Debenture shall prevail.
