Statutory Powers. 2.1 THIS Agreement: 2.1.1 will be registered as a Local Land Charge; 2.1.2 is entered into pursuant to Section 106 of the 1990 Act Sections 111 and 120 of the Local Government Act 1972 Section 1 of the Localism Act 2011 and all other statutory and enabling powers; 2.1.3 to the extent that the obligations in this Agreement fall within the terms of Section 106 of the 1990 Act the obligations contained in this Agreement are planning obligations for the purposes of Section 106 of the 1990 Act; and 2.1.4 to the extent that the obligations contained in this Agreement are not planning obligations within the meaning of the 1990 Act they are entered into pursuant to the power contained in Sections 111 and 120 of the Local Government Act 1972 Section 1 of the Localism Act 2011 and all other statutory and enabling powers
