Statutory Reference Clause Samples
Statutory Reference. Any reference to a statute shall include and shall be deemed to be a reference to such statute and to the regulations made pursuant thereto and promulgated thereunder with all amendments made thereto and in force from time to time and any final judicial decisions interpreting the same, and to any statute or regulation that may be passed which has the effect of supplementing or superseding the statute so referred to or the regulations made pursuant thereto.
Statutory Reference. All references to the Public School Code contained herein shall also refer to and incorporate any amendment or recodification of the Public School Code.
