Common use of Statutory returns Clause in Contracts

Statutory returns. To the best of the Purchaser's knowledge, information and belief: (1) the Purchaser has completed and lodged all returns and statements required to be lodged by law with any agency, department, authority or commission and the returns and statements so lodged were true and correct in every respect; and (2) the books, records and registers of the Purchaser in respect of its business and operations have been kept in accordance with all statutory requirements.
