Common use of STEERING GROUP MEETINGS Clause in Contracts

STEERING GROUP MEETINGS. The Steering Group shall determine the frequency of its meetings, but shall meet at least twice yearly. Additional meetings may be called by two or more Parties or at the request of the Project Manager. Meetings will operate under the following rules: 6.3.1 At each meeting, the Steering Group will agree on a date for the next meeting. Otherwise the Secretary, in consultation with the Chair or his nominee, shall call meetings, giving notice that is reasonable in the circumstances.
