STEP 3 OF THE GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. The employee may, within three (3) working days and not thereafter submit the grievance in writing to the Chief Administrative Officer or his appointee. A meeting between the Chief Administrative Officer, and Department Head or his/her appointee on the one hand, and the aggrieved employee and a member of the grievance committee, if requested by the employee, on the other hand shall be held within three (3) working days of receipt of the grievance. The Chief Administrative Officer or his appointee shall notify the employee of the Town's decision in writing within three (3) working days of the meeting.
