Stock Exchange Delisting Clause Samples
The Stock Exchange Delisting clause defines the rights and obligations of parties if a company's shares are removed from trading on a public stock exchange. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures to follow in the event of delisting, such as notification requirements, potential buyback obligations, or triggering of early repayment of debt. Its core function is to protect stakeholders from the risks and uncertainties associated with a company's shares no longer being publicly traded, ensuring clarity and providing remedies in such situations.
