Common use of Stock Reserved Clause in Contracts

Stock Reserved. The Corporation shall at all times during the term of the Award reserve and keep available such number of shares of its Common Stock as will be sufficient to satisfy the Award issued and granted to Grantee and the requirements thereof as evidenced by this instrument, and shall pay all original issue taxes, if any, on the transfer of Common Stock to the Grantee, and all other fees and expenses necessarily incurred by the Corporation in connection therewith.

Stock Reserved. The Corporation shall at all times during the term of the Award reserve and keep available such number of shares of its Common Stock as will be sufficient to satisfy the Award issued and granted to Grantee and the requirements thereof as evidenced by terms stated in this instrument, and shall pay all original issue taxes, if any, on the transfer of the Common Stock to the Grantee, Grantee and all other fees and expenses necessarily incurred by the Corporation in connection therewith.
